President & CEO, Mr. Muhsin Al Hashimi, an Iraqi born US Citizen, is highly respected and well known throughout the Middle East. Mr. Al-Hashimi, a successful self-made business entrepreneur, is a licensed Geologist, with graduate work in geophysics from the Colorado School of Mines Mr. Al-Hashimi holds a Masters Degree in International Management, from the Thunderbird of Arizona, and in the mid 90’s was appointed Vice Chairman for Cedar Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, where he founded the hospital’s Tel-Med concept. He was also elected Chairman of the Board for Torino, an Italian-American Automaker company. In 2004, he accepted the appointment as a special envoy ambassador for the transitional government of Somalia.

Director of Public Relations, Leila Martin, Ms. Martin, previously human resources
manager for Padco at the PCO and the Director of Personnel with RTI, on the USAID Local Governance Project. She was responsible for all aspects of human resources management in Iraq and Kuwait for the project, with deployment of over 250 ex-patriots and recruitment of over 3.000 Iraqi employees in 17 governorates; worked with partners such the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA), the Joint Area Support Group (JASG), the US-Agency for International Development (USAID), the International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES), the Project and Contracting Office (PCO), and the Iraq Reconstruction Management Office (IRMO).Ms. Martin worked in International Operations at Siemens Power Transmission and Distribution and later became the High Voltage Station Class Surge Arrester Product Manager in the Apparatus Division. She holds a Master's in International Management from Thunderbird, the Garvin School of Inter-national Management in Arizona.
