Action Plan Policy:

• Adhere to Safety, Security, Health, Environment (SSHE) Policy.
• Emphasize, Reinforce, our Safety and Security Policy.
• Agreements with local Medical and Health Providers.
• All Subcontractors shall be required to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Rebuilding Iraq´s Eectrical System

As a Prime Contractor, Firstar International Group, ABB and AL-BILAL have formed a Consortium entity focusing on the rebuilding of Iraq's Electrical Systems, specifically Substations in Southern and Central Iraq. More than 100 Substations need to be built or rehabilitated in the next couple of years.

In addition, Firstar International Group and AL-BILAL have formed a conglomerates with major international Electrical Energy Companies, such as Siemens, Schneider, Areva and GE.
